These terms set out the rules of stay at Słoneczna Przystań in Jarosławiec. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these provisions.
The stay begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Please request any extension in advance — subject to apartment availability.
A reservation is confirmed by a prepayment to the indicated bank account; please state your surname and the dates of stay in the transfer title. The remaining balance is settled no later than on the day of arrival.
Quiet hours apply on the premises between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Please respect the peace of other guests.
The guest undertakes to use the apartment as intended, to keep it tidy and not to hand it over to third parties. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside; it is allowed only in designated areas outside.
We accept pets upon prior notice. The owner is responsible for the pet's behaviour and for any damage it may cause. Please do not leave dogs alone in the room while the owners are away.
The guest is liable for any damage caused through their fault or the fault of their visitors. The property is not liable for items left unattended.

A reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount agreed individually with the host. Payments are made online via Przelewy24 — a secure, encrypted connection. The remaining balance for the stay is settled on site. Please include your surname and the dates of your stay in the payment title.
Under Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services with a specified date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit refund terms are agreed individually with the host.
